Keeping fit during pregnancy offers an abundance of benefits and research has shown that fitter women statistically have shorter labours with fewer complications. Post natal exercsie is a great chance for you to take that precious and essential time out. You don’t have to be a brand-new Mum either! If your child is older but you still want to work off that ‘mummy tummy’ then feel free to contact us!
Bring your baby along with you in their buggy and they can snooze while you squat or look as you lunge… Don’t worry about them crying it happens to the best of us! There are plenty of opportunities within the session for cuddles and attention.Please note: To take part in any of the post natal sessions you must have been given the go-ahead by your health professional following your 6 week check.
